Sometimes you may face the issue to access phpmyadmin through cpanel, it asks for user name and password:
Reason : It might be possible while changing cpanel password "Allow MySQL password change" option was not checked.
Resolution : You need to reset cPanel password by enabling this option.(It can be done through cPanel as well WHM)
